How much does it cost?
Each system has a one time build fee and a monthly fee. The build fee covers setting the system up for your business. The monthly covers hosting, monitoring and support while it runs. Exact prices are listed on each system's page, and you can cancel the monthly any time.
How long does it take to go live?
Most systems are built and running within a week. We connect it to the tools you already use, test it with real enquiries, and only switch it on once you have seen it working.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We set everything up for you and hand over something that just runs. If you can read an email, you can use it.
What happens after it launches?
The monthly fee covers keeping it running: hosting, monitoring so you know if anything breaks, support when you need it, and small tweaks as your business changes.
Will it work with the tools I already have?
That is the point. The system plugs into your existing forms, inbox, phone number and booking software, so nothing about how your front desk works has to change.
Who actually does the work?
We do. You deal with the people building your system from the first call through to launch and support - no account managers, no handing your project to someone else.
What if I want to stop?
You can cancel the monthly at any time and the system is switched off. There is no long contract and nothing owed after that.
